Stevia leaves naturally contain sweet compounds called steviol glycosides. This group of natural sweeteners is extracted from stevia leaves via traditional and natural methods.
Stevia extract comes from the leaves of Stevia Rebaudiana Bertonlis, which contains the main active ingredients of Steviosides and Rebaudioside A. With the characteristics of high sweetness and low heat, and its sweetness is 200- 300 times that of sucrose, thermal value is only 1 / 300. Rebaudioside A has the least bitterness of all the sweet compounds in the stevia plant. Stevia’s heat-stable, pH-stable, and do not ferment.
